About yvette parmentier:
Je vis dans le sud de la France, dans le Languedoc Roussillon, j'ai suivi des études littéraires (DEA de linguistique), ai toujours aimé la littérature, la poésie, le cinéma, la peinture qui sont liées.
J'ai commencé voici 7 ans l'aquarelle, puis la peinture à l'huile.
Je peins par thèmes, par exemple : - les Lolitas, série de tableaux sur le phénomène des Lolitas asiatiques et leurs vêtements inventifs
- le début du siècle dernier, série de peintures d'après de vieilles photos noir et blanc
- L'Afrique pour ses couleurs
- L'Asie pour son passé mystérieux.
- Notre époque et les inquiétudes qu'elle suscite.
